The snow is here and the weather is getting colder. For many people, the snow and colder weather is the time when they fall back into a routine with busy evenings and weekends, and they can get caught in the rut of always making the same things to eat. Whether it be for yourself or your kids, it is easy to fall into the routine of making the same thing for lunch everyday. For some people that is okay, but for other people this leads to making poor food choices because they don't like what they packed.
